Baby Massage

Baby Massage classes are four weeks in length and will give you the opportunity to learn this wonderful lifelong skill of massaging your baby, as well as making new friends along the way.

Classes are currently running in Guildford & Godalming and soon to be running in Horsham, Haslemere and Dorking. 

Nicky is an IAIM (International Association of Infant Massage) qualified instructor. The IAIM is present in over 80 countries and has been the cornerstone of infant massage since its formation in 1981.

Nicky’s classes are small (between 5-8 mums/dads/grandparents and babies) and they are totally baby led, meaning it is fine to feed/change and do whatever little one needs during a class.

You will learn a different technique each week starting with the legs and feet. Nicky will re-demonstrate the previous week’s strokes so there is always an opportunity to catch up should you miss a technique. You will also learn a specific routine designed to help with colic and wind. Classes are very sociable and there is always time to catch up over a drink and biscuit!
