I am a fully qualified therapist specialising in the care of pregnant women. I practice:

  • Maternity/Fertility Reflexology.
  • LK Massage (teaching Birth Partners how to use massage as a form of pain relief during labour).
  • Baby Massage classes for babies aged from 0-1 and their parents/carers.
  • Baby Reflexology - small classes for parents to learn simple reflexology techniques that can be used anywhere, from the supermarket to the nursery. Techniques include - Sleeping/Calming, Feeding/Digestion & General Well being.

    I am an experienced therapist and fully believe in taking the holistic approach to pregnancy and birth and actively used the techniques I practice during both of my pregnancies and labours.
