What is the LK Massage Programme
LK Massage Programme is a well researched science-backed international programme devised by midwives. It is designed to be an effective coping strategy and form of pain relief for use ante-natally and during labour.
Taught to the birth partner from 35-37 weeks pregnant, it is a sequence of very specific massage techniques carried out on the lower back, arms and legs. These are combined with breathing control and visualisation to give you an accepted coping strategy for an active birth.

Times/Cost
Sessions are carried out on a 1:1 basis in your home for approx. 3 hours. The cost is £80 which includes a Childbirth Essentials DVD which details all of the techniques you have learnt. Sessions can be carried out weekdays/evenings/weekends (early booking is advised for evenings/weekends).
