Customers are responsible for providing the correct postal address for delivery of their order. The information provided by the customer will be directly copied.
We use 1st Class Royal Mail service. Current delivery costs for orders is 99p for smaller/thin items and £1.95 for larger/thicker items (updated March 2021). The delivery cost will be confirmed when you have added items to the basket and begin the checkout process, but before payment is required. We only offer deliver to UK addresses at this time.
Unfortunately we cannot change the delivery address of any orders once they have been processed and dispatched.
If an order has been returned to bump birth and baby, due to an issue with the address that has been provided by the customer, a new delivery fee will be charged for the order to be redispatched.
Royal Mail 1st Class – any items sent with this service will normally arrive within 1-2 business days from dispatch, however this may be longer at peak times.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 is only used currently for specific items (if applicable, this will be shown at checkout) and offers tracking to point of delivery, within approx. 2-3 business days. Where possible customer details provided will be used for tracking notifications by text and/or email.
Any returns must be received within 14 days of delivery to the customer.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2014, personalised prints/products or anything which is “specially made, or ordered, with your choice of name, message or any other customised aspect that makes it unique to you (and therefore not resellable): are non-refundable.”
Customers are responsible for ensuring all personalised/customisable details are correct when the order is placed.
Any items returned must be in the original packaging and saleable condition. Customers are responsible for return postage and providing proof of postage.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
You’ll receive an email notification to confirm your refund which normally takes 3-5 working days.
Making a return
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return your item(s) using an insured postal carrier. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit.

Customised or personalised items
- If selecting an initial for a personalised card or print for example, this will be confirmed in the basket enabling you to check this is correct before finalising your order.
Products which include names, dates, place names or custom messages etc. will receive an email proof which needs to be approved before printing and it is the customers responsibility to check the proof is correct.
